Kodama Systems

Kodama will become the world’s leading forestry and vegetation management company by implementing 21st century automation in a space that desperately needs it. Kodama will address the labor and safety problems of forestry, which will ensure forests can be a sustainable source of materials and fuels while also being a net carbon sink. The climate and value impact of Kodama will be realized through increased forest productivity, reduced wildfires, and improved utilization (or storage) of forest products. Kodama will ride on multiple megatrends: growing demand for sustainable materials, growing demand for carbon offsets, climate change driving demand for forest services (thinning) and wildfire mitigation, and continuous improvements in computing, communications, and automation.
