As the Appropriations Committees in Congress considers federal funding levels, Breakthrough Energy sent leaders a letter urging them to robustly fund key innovation programs for emerging clean energy technologies that will spur solutions in hard-to-abate sectors, modernize our grid, and support researchers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses.
