Alison is a passionate communications professional, bringing more than 15 years of global experience to her work supporting Breakthrough Energy’s goal of accelerating climate innovation to achieve net zero by 2050.
Alison previously worked across travel and tourism, and tech-related industries and most recently supported corporate communication at Hilton where she led internal and external communications programs, media strategies, and social media campaigns with a focus on strategic business priorities including corporate responsibility, innovation, and workplace culture. She also honed her storytelling skills while working as a tour leader for the world’s leading Trans-Siberian and Silk Road tour operator.
A Seattle-based Australian native, Alison holds a master’s degree in international relations and a bachelor’s degree in communications. On weekends, she’s most likely seeking out great coffee shops and breweries, planning the next trip, or exploring hiking trails around the Pacific Northwest.
