Cody is a Director on the Catalyst team, where he is focused on originating and executing investments in projects which utilize key emerging climate technologies.

Prior to joining Breakthrough Energy, Cody held successive roles at Macquarie Capital. As a senior member of the energy principal team, he led and managed development-stage and construction-stage investments in energy projects around the world, with extensive experience in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Prior to this, as part of the investment banking team, he supported energy infrastructure clients across project development and project finance advisory, M&A advisory, and capital raises.

Cody graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance.
