Daniel is an Associate, Strategy & Operations on the Partnerships team.

Daniel focuses on operational efficiency, partner strategy development, and streamlining processes. His work includes establishing infrastructure for partner management and collaborating across various Breakthrough Energy programs.

Prior to joining Breakthrough Energy, Daniel was Head of Operations for a climate documentary focused on the mental health impacts of climate change on young people. He implemented a range of systems and tools to optimize project management and investor relations. Previously, he worked at an early-stage venture capital firm, where he expanded the scope and efficiency of business initiatives.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin — Madison. Residing in the Bay Area, he enjoys the outdoor activities and cultural experiences the area offers. He’s an avid snowboarder, making the most of the nearby mountains. On quieter days, he’s often found immersed in board games with friends or deep into an audiobook.
