Daniel manages organizational strategy around high-voltage transmission and power sector initiatives as part of Breakthrough Energy’s U.S. Policy and Advocacy team. Prior to joining Breakthrough Energy, Daniel served as Legislative Director at the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE), where he advocated before Congress on policies to accelerate the renewable energy transition. Daniel also previously worked at the American Wind Energy Association (now American Clean Power), and a lobbying firm. Daniel holds a Master of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, College Park.
