Jocelyn joined the Breakthrough Energy team in January 2022. She is the Executive Administrative Assistant for the U.S. Policy and Advocacy Team, where she provides support to the directors of Policy, Strategic Initiatives, and Government Relations, and the teams they lead. To date she has experience managing projects, grants, offices, and teams. Early in her career, Jocelyn was an early childhood educator in a couple of different states.

Jocelyn received a B.A. in Human Development from the University of Utah. Having lived on the west coast, east coast, and a few places in between, Jocelyn is thoroughly enjoying her time in the DC area. She enjoys traveling, finding new and delicious places to eat, and spending her time outdoors with her husband and their dogs.
