Meghan joined Breakthrough Energy in October 2020 where she is responsible for leading recruitment and selection for the Breakthrough Energy Fellows program. Her work focuses on developing relationships and strategic partnerships with leading research institutions around the world to source the best and brightest climate innovators and business professionals for the Breakthrough Energy Fellows program.
Throughout her career, Meghan has focused on advancing climate and clean energy technologies by providing access to funding and resources required to scale. Prior to Breakthrough Energy, Meghan spent 10 years at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) focusing on strategic initiatives and building impactful programs to further the development of clean energy technologies.
Meghan holds an MBA from University of Denver, Daniels College of Business and a B.S. in Organizational Communication from the University of Portland. Meghan lives in Colorado with her husband and two children. In her free time you can find Meghan traveling, enjoying music, and dispersed camping with her family.
