Olivia is responsible for developing and executing Breakthrough Energy’s partnerships strategy for the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to joining Breakthrough, Olivia spent four years at SP Group, a leading utility in the Asia-Pacific region focused on delivering low-carbon solutions and providing reliable networks as Singapore’s national grid operator. As Vice President, Sustainable Energy Solutions, she built and led a team to establish a new electric mobility business for the group, anchored in developing a nationwide EV charging network.

Olivia started her career at the Singapore Economic Development Board. Over more than a decade, she worked with companies across a broad spectrum of industries to facilitate investments, spearheaded initiatives in the clean energy space, and developed novel approaches to encourage large corporates to create new businesses outside their core.

Olivia holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Olivia lives in Singapore with her husband, their two children Alexis and Amber, and their dog Snuggles. In her spare time, she loves playing music and going on new adventures with her children.
