Stefan is focused on delivering positive impact at scale through technology from building next-generation jet engines to finding climate positive breakthroughs. Prior to joining BEV, Stefan was at Rolls-Royce where he worked in engineering, operations, and finance roles. At Rolls-Royce, Stefan delivered operational improvements across the company’s global supply chain and led engineering product teams across the aerospace sector in Europe and Asia. Stefan also held positions at Baker Engineering and Risk Consultants and was on the investment team at Volvo Cars Tech Fund.

Stefan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, M.Phil. in Energy Technologies from the University of Cambridge and a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering with Renewable Energy from The University of Edinburgh. He is also a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE).
