She helps support BE’s policy and advocacy efforts to expand federal clean energy R&D efforts, including a National Institutes of Energy Innovation. She also helps to support relationships with stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem nationwide in support of these policy goals.

Previously, Tori was a Program Analyst at the US Agency for International Development in the Global Health Bureau on the Center for Innovation and Impact team. While there, Tori supported global health innovators through Grand Challenges, accelerator programs, prizes, and advocacy. She also spent time on the USAID/State Department COVID-19 Task Force, working on program operations, strategic analytics, and the Oxygen Ecosystem team.

Tori graduated from George Washington University in 2019 with a dual major in International Affairs and Economics. In her free time, she loves exploring the DC food scene, playing field hockey with her old teammates, and trying to keep all her quarantine plants alive.
