Nature’s Fynd is a food tech company growing sustainable protein from a microbe with origins in the geothermal springs of Yellowstone National Park. The company has pioneered the development and production of Fy, its highly versatile nutritional fungi protein, into delicious & nutritious foods ranging from dairy-free yogurt and cream cheese to meatless breakfast patties. Fy offers a sustainable protein option for our growing population, and when grown at scale it uses just a fraction of the land, water, and energy required by traditional agriculture.
